An EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report) is a series of electrical tests carried out by a trained and qualified electrical contractor. These tests are carried out to determine the safety of all electrical appliances and installations in your property. Once the report is completed, EICR certificates are issued as proof that the property is compliant with all current electrical safety standards. However, if any faults or problems are identified, they must be fixed before an EICR certificate can be issued.
EICR certificates are a legal requirement for all properties in Ascot and nationwide.
